Her light will continue
to shine bright

The woman who lit up every room

Maddie Trumble came into the world in such a hurry that her dad and grandmother delivered her at home — and she never really slowed down after that. A confidence and determination to take on anything, combined with a positive, sunny disposition, made her a sheer delight to be around. She loved music festivals, adventures, good food, and good company, and she loved everything and everyone she came into contact with.

But beneath the glitter, her greatest loves were closer to home. Her husband Matt and their daughter Maisie were everything to her. So were her dad Paul, her brothers James and Lach, and her mother Louise — who passed away when Maddie was just nine, and who Maddie carried in her heart every step of the way. When she and Matt received the devastating MND diagnosis in 2022, they picked themselves up and organised a Las Vegas wedding in four weeks. That was Maddie.

This site was built while Maddie was still with us, to gather tributes from the people who loved her. Maddie read every one of them. She was proud of the person she was — and so are we. She wanted it to stay up forever, as a place where the people who loved her could always come back to her.
